R HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE PLUS ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS

Our client is an international financial services company.

They now seek a CFO to join their team. They like CA(SA) from SA – with Asset Management experience or internationally focussed investment fund and not less than 10 years experience. This is a brief spec – the NYC partners will be adding more to this post a meeting with the shareholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be required to oversee the company’s payments to lenders / third parties;
• You will be required to manage finance team who do monthly accounts, borrower communications related to payments etc.;
• You will be required to manage annual audit process with external auditor;
• You will be required to interface with hedging solutions providers;
• You will be required to prepare projections and cash planning;
• You will be required to participate in management discussions and strategy development;
• You will be required to oversee cash balances and banking / trustee relationships including in local borrower markets;
• You will be required to participate in fundraising and partnership discussions;
• You will be required to join regular monitoring conversations with borrowers;
• You will be required to help design policies and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy of finance activities;
• You have a minimum of 10 years current, relevant experience, preferably at an international-focused investment fund or asset manager;
• You are familiar with banking and trustee relationship management, FX hedging, financial modeling and planning and managing remote accounting and auditing teams.
