CBRC, was formed in 1994, with the intention of specialising in the field of recruitment in the financial services arena. Our team fulfil the needs of a growing client base in a professional and competent manner to mutual benefit. In so far as the agency is concerned we have specialised in the field of financial service recruitment and, within this sector, recruit at all levels from support staff through information technology and specialist investment professionals.

Our client base would be discussed with clients / candidates in a personal meeting. As a precursor to this discussion, our client base includes inter alia the top quartile performing fund managers and retail investment companies; information technology suppliers to the investment industry; specialist investment banking operations; employee benefits concerns and e-commerce businesses. We recruit locally and internationally. When dealing with our clients, we form strong relationships of trust and service delivery, which allow for a sustained business relationship.

This is of benefit to our candidates as it allows us to provide current, empirical information on the positions for which we are recruiting as also anecdotal information; all of which provides the candidate the opportunity of appropriately assessing the options presented. Our support staff manage a sound library which is constantly updated and provided to each candidate who is presented to client companies. The principal consultants act as professional conduits to this process and are responsible for the integrity of any offers, via client companies. This professional management of information and interview process provide a solution to the often complex process of career management. It is important to note that both client parties i.e. those providing the job specification and those clients who will potentially fill the position(s) will be dealing with the principal consultants building close personal relationships, which not only generates confidence but also helps us to target positions for candidates that best suit them and candidates for clients, given their particular needs.
